Biratnagar, November 28

Attorney General Agni Prasad Kharel says no one is allowed to be engaged in irregular and corrupt activities in the judiciary.

Kharel says judicial staff are free to put forth their demands for additional benefits to the government, but they should not make insufficient benefits as an excuse to be involved in illegal activities.

“Whoever is working as a government staffer under the judicial service, please stay satisfied with the benefits provided to you and work efficiently. You are not allowed to act illegal. Even, I am not,” he said while laying the foundation stone of the new office building of the  District Attorney Office here.

He says the Office of Attorney General is planning to launch new programmes to empower government attorneys and make them more professional.
